These are the policies for venues who host David’s seminars.
Please read these carefully – they are for everyone’s benefit, so that we may have a successful seminar! Thank you!

1. The hosting venue is responsible for meeting the guaranteed minimum fee for the seminar ($300.00). Because the guitar seminar and the concert are two separate events, should the freewill offering for the concert exceed the concert fee, that money does not go towards meeting the fee of the seminar. Also, should the number of students exceed 10 (thereby exceeding the $300.00 minimum), the additional money will go to David’s ministry of teaching, and does not go towards the freewill offering at the concert.
2. David will supply PDF files for the hosting venue to create the packets for all students in the seminar. Because the packets are copyrighted material, they are not to be duplicated for students who did not attend the seminar. Please respect the author’s work.
3. Should the hosting venue’s sanctuary be used by another church in the afternoon prior to an evening concert, the hosting venue is responsible for providing an alternate room for the seminar. Important: As early as possible, the sanctuary must be made available to David and his sound technician(s) for sound check.
4. Guitar seminar tuitions are non-transferable. This means that if Jane Doe has paid her tuition and is not able to attend the seminar, John Doe cannot attend in her place.
Thank you! Looking forward to a great seminar!
